Investin has lodged plans to redevelop Quay House on the Isle of Dogs, E14, into one of the tallest residential towers in London. The developer has submitted plans to Tower Hamlets council for a 68-storey, 764 ft tower comprising 498 homes, 3,400 sq ft of commercial space and a gym.
Chalegrove Properties consented 75-storey, 784 ft residential block on the City Pride pub site at nearby 15 Westferry Road, E14, is set to be the second-tallest tower in London after the 87-story Shard, claims CBRE. There are 41 towers under construction and 135 in the pipeline in London. GVA is advising Investin.
